The organization will provide free transfers to the venue on Sunday 24 from:

  • TFS for flights arriving at 13:55
  • TFN for flights arriving at 16:20
  • TFS for flights arriving at 18:25

The conference will take place at the International Dream Hotel Gran Tacande 5* & Spa Vitanova located at Av. Alcalde Walter Paetzmann.

Dress code for all conference events: Informal.

Dress code for dinner at hotel restaurants: Men are required to wear long trousers.

We have negotiated the following special rates with the venue:

€ 135.00 per night

These rates include breakfast, 1 circuit at the spa per person, and all taxes.

Attendees with two children can stay at the same room at no additional cost if both are under 7 years old. Children between 7 and 12 years old have a 50% discount.

To get a reservation, you need to send the following items: (1) a copy of the credit card, (2) a copy of an ID with photo (3) a filled-out letter (download pdf file template here or MS word template here).

The cancellation policy for hotel reservations is as follows:

  • Cancellations before January 14, 2010 will be assessed a cancellation fee of 6 Euros.
  • If a booking is cancelled between January 14, 2010 and the day of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges.
  • If a booking is cancelled on the day of arrival, there will be 100% cancellation charges corresponding to 3 nights.

Aparthotel El Duque is another option for attendees seeking budget accommodations.

Attendants arriving at Tenerife South Airport (TFS) Reina Sofia can either take a taxi (approximately €30), TITSA bus (111 bus line to LA bus station, and a €5 taxi) or rent a car (Exit 30 at South Hwy) in order to arrive at the hotel in 20 minutes.

Attendants arriving at Tenerife North Airport (TFN) Los Rodeos can either take a TITSA bus:

  • 343 bus line to Los Cristianos/Playa de Las Américas at 7:00, 09:30, 15:45 or 17:45, plus a €5 taxi.
  • 40 bus line to TFS at 21:45, and then follow the above instructions.

or rent a car (Exit 30 at South Hwy) in order to arrive at the hotel in more than one hour.

Attendants travelling through Madrid Barajas Airport should know the following:

  • Passengers connecting between Terminal 4 and Terminal 4S must use the shuttle train that leaves every 3 minutes and takes more than 5 minutes.
  • Passengers connecting between Terminal 4 or 4S and Terminals 1, 2 or 3 must use the free green shuttle bus that leaves every 5 minutes and takes more than 20 minutes.
